Questions

What restaurants ask us

How long between the roast and the delivery

We roast on Tuesday and Friday. Beans rest four days, then leave on the morning of the delivery, so you always pour coffee roasted that week.

Do you deliver outside Montreal

Yes. We ride to Rosemont and the Plateau, drive across the island, and ship by carrier anywhere in Quebec within two business days.

Can we taste before we commit

We prepare a sample of two origins and one blend, and drop it at your kitchen with an extraction sheet.

Do you build an exclusive blend

From twenty kilos a month we build a blend that carries the name of your house and stays yours.

What happens to the empty bags

Our bags are compostable and we collect the transport buckets at every delivery to fill them again.

Pour a coffee your guests will recognise

Write to the team and we will prepare a sample for your kitchen this week.
